Fine Dining

At The Cambridge we take great pride in our restaurant style dinning. Our meals are homemade and utilize the bounty of each season. We specifically source some of our ingredients from the many local farms in Washington County and Vermont. Our dietary program is guided by our residents through our Food and Tasting Committee and is overseen by a Registered Dietician. We offer Regular, No-Added-Salt and No-Concentrated-Sweets and Gluten-Free diets as well as modified consistencies based upon physician order.
